Inside Chase Bell’s Global Journey: Music, Culture, and Cross-Continental Influence

Chase Bell is not just an international artist, he represents a new wave of global creativity where music, culture, and collaboration intersect. With a sound shaped by cross-continental influences and performances spanning Africa, Europe, and the United States, his work reflects the growing connection between African and diaspora artistry.

Through collaborations with artists like Uganda’s Eddy Kenzo and his involvement in global platforms such as Trailblazer Queen Productions, Chase Bell continues to expand the boundaries of music beyond borders, blending sound, fashion, and live performance into a unified cultural experience.

In this exclusive feature, Chase Bell shares his journey, the defining moments behind his global rise, and his vision for a more connected creative industry shaped by cultural exchange.

Can you take us back to the beginning of your journey, what first drew you into music, and how did that evolve into an international career?

The genius of certain artists called to me while I listened to their work as a child. I felt completely humbled by the power of music and decided at an early age to dedicate my life to it, especially to how it influences human emotion.

The evolution of my career into an international one was steady and built over years of dedication. First, young artists need to understand that you have to be a fan first, only then can you become a global musical artist.

I’ve always been inspired by other cultures and global music. From the very beginning, I traveled and lived around the world with my music, working with artists across different regions.

Your music has reached global audiences through both screen and stage, including placements on major shows like Shameless and Lucifer. What moments would you say truly defined your rise as an artist?

There is no feeling quite as powerful as touching the spirit of thousands of people on stage. No other form of media affects me quite like live performance.

Recently, performing at a sold-out show with Lira in South Africa reminded me just how incredible it is to stand in front of an audience and hear firsthand how my music affects people. I’ve had many defining moments, but performing “Do Me” with Lira on April 18, 2026, is definitely one of them. I’m still taking that moment in.

Your sound carries influences across continents. How intentional are you about blending different cultural elements into your music?

When working with global artists like Eddy Kenzo or Lira, both legends in their own right, an artist and producer has to understand their background before even thinking about making music with them.

So yes, it’s intentional. I blend my background in American pop with the African artists I work with, while respecting and incorporating their roots. Without that awareness and respect for their style, I wouldn’t be able to merge my musical history with theirs to create something truly unique.

Africa has become a powerful force in shaping global music today. From your experience performing on the continent, what stands out most about the creative energy there?

West, East, and South African music all have a huge impact on global sounds and trends today. You can feel it everywhere.

The audiences are true lovers of the art of music. There’s an inherent talent in dance, rhythm, and singing across the continent. People deeply celebrate their local legends, and that’s a beautiful thing, it’s one of the reasons African culture will continue to stand the test of time.

Your collaboration with Eddy Kenzo reflects a growing Africa–diaspora creative exchange. What did that partnership reveal to you about African music and global collaboration?

Eddy Kenzo and I have performed together in front of over 60,000 people in Kampala. We collaborated on “Twist” and other songs, and beyond that, we’re friends and global partners in music.

Eddy’s music has influenced me in a way I carried back home to Los Angeles. I believe that influence between us has been mutual. It really shows the beauty of unlikely collaborations and the power of cross-cultural music.

Through Trailblazer Queen Productions, you’ve been part of fashion-driven global showcases. How has that platform influenced the way you perform and tell your story on stage?

Performing with Trailblazer Queen Productions across Europe, Asia, and North America has been a blessing. The company is high-class, exciting, and truly global in its reach.

The audiences I’ve performed for through this platform have shaped how I approach my own performances and event production. Trailblazer is about doing what most people only dream of and that’s why I always perform “Chasing Your Dream” for these international audiences.

As someone who moves between continents and audiences, how do you maintain authenticity while adapting to different global stages like Africa, Europe, and the US?

Music is an international language. No matter where I go, audiences can feel that I’m genuinely in love with my art.

Music reminds us of how similar we are, rather than how different. Of course, we celebrate our cultural backgrounds, but at the core, we all recognize the power of music and that’s what connects us.

With Paris Fashion Week powered by Trailblazer Queen Productions on the horizon, what does this moment represent for you, and how does it reflect the growing fusion of music, fashion, and culture?

Being part of an event of this magnitude in Paris is a definite stamp of success for me. I feel both humbled and honored to be performing there with Trailblazer Queen Productions.

For all the brands, artists, models, designers, and guests making changes in their lives to be part of this moment, I believe it will be an incredible level of shared success.

Paris remains the epicenter of fashion for many, and come September 25, we’re ready to bring something powerful to the city of lights. I’ll be stepping into that moment with a smile.

Having worked closely with Dr. Meenakshi Ravi, how would you describe her vision and leadership in shaping Trailblazer Queen Productions as a global creative platform?

People often take on the spirit of the leaders they work with, and that’s exactly what happens within Trailblazer Queen Productions.

Those who work with Dr. Meenakshi Ravi carry her sense of potential and achievement. I remember when she first set out to build this global production company and the challenges she had to overcome.

To now walk into Paris alongside her, seeing that vision come to life, is truly an honor. I’m proud to be part of it and to perform on September 25 at Galerie Bourbon.

Looking ahead, what legacy do you hope to build not just as a performer, but as an artist contributing to a more connected global creative culture?

My legacy is rooted in determination, resilience, and dedication.

I want young artists who see me as successful to understand the journey it took to get here, that it required courage and persistence. I want my music to be simple, beautiful, and powerful.

More than anything, I want people to walk away from my music feeling inspired to believe in their own goals and to chase their dreams.
